Every pack includes a needs analysis, full solution development, testing, delivery, and post-delivery support. The Bolshy and Horrorshow packs also include iterations and deeper coaching to ensure the solution integrates seamlessly into your environment.
Payment is split in two: 50% upon signing the quote to kick off the project, and 50% upon delivery. For Horrorshow projects exceeding 15,000 EUR, a three-instalment schedule can be arranged. We accept bank transfers and card payments.
Before starting, we always carry out a precise scoping of your needs. If the scope changes significantly during the project, we will submit a clear amendment quote before continuing — no surprises at the end of the engagement.
Post-delivery support for bugs and minor adjustments is included in all packs. For long-term maintenance — new features, major updates, managed hosting — we offer monthly maintenance contracts quoted on request.
We don't sell promises — we deliver functional, measurable tools. If the solution delivered does not match the agreed specifications, we will redo the work at no extra cost. Our model is built on your long-term satisfaction, not a one-off transaction.
