Every engagement starts with a scoping call where we define precisely what gets built and what success looks like. Development, testing, documentation, and a handover session are all included. For Automation and MCP projects, post-launch support for the first 30 days is included at no extra cost.
Complexity varies significantly. A focused Claude Code agent for one task starts at €500. An agent that orchestrates 10 tools across three systems costs more. We scope every project before quoting so you always know exactly what you are paying for — no hourly billing surprises.
All projects are split 50/50: 50% on signing to kick off, 50% on delivery. For projects above €5,000, a three-instalment schedule is available. We accept bank transfer and card.
We scope tightly before starting so this rarely happens. If the project needs to grow beyond what was agreed, we will always submit a clear amendment quote before proceeding — never a surprise invoice after the fact.
Minor bug fixes in the first 30 days are included in all services. For ongoing maintenance — new features, model upgrades, infrastructure changes — we offer monthly maintenance retainers quoted based on scope. Many clients prefer this to ensure their agents evolve as Claude does.
