What you want to know before booking a session for your team.
We train two distinct audiences. Developers who want to build agents, MCP servers, and automated workflows with Claude Code — and non-technical teams (marketing, operations, sales) who want to use Claude Code effectively in their daily work without writing code. We tailor the curriculum, examples, and exercises to the actual job of each participant.
Both. In-person sessions work best for hands-on workshops where live troubleshooting and real-time collaboration matter most. Online sessions are fully interactive, not recorded lectures — live video, shared environments, real exercises. Most clients choose a hybrid approach: an in-person kickoff followed by online follow-up sessions.
Yes — that is our default approach. Generic Claude Code training built around fictional examples is far less effective than training built around your actual codebase, your real workflows, and the problems your team faces today. We ask for a pre-training briefing to understand your stack and goals, then customize every exercise accordingly.
For the developer track: comfort with at least one programming language and basic command line usage is sufficient. We take it from there. For the non-technical track: no technical background required. We focus entirely on using Claude Code as a power user — prompt engineering, workflow design, and practical productivity techniques.
Participants leave with a practical reference guide, all code and examples from the sessions, and access to a private channel for follow-up questions for 30 days. We also offer optional follow-up coaching sessions for teams that want ongoing support as they apply what they learned to real projects.
